Changes to New Shuttle Distribution

In an effort to ensure equitable distribution and efficient usage of new badminton shuttles, IBC will be distributing new badminton shuttles to courts instead of individuals.

Effective Friday, December 2, 2016, each court will have a “game shuttle” basket attached to an adjacent post. At approximately 8pm and 9pm, a new shuttle will be placed in the game shuttle basket on each court. The shuttle(s) within the game shuttle baskets are reserved for their respective courts and for game play. Please return them to the game shuttle basket after use. Please do not remove them from the court.

Warm up and used shuttles will still be available for use at the cabinet near the entrance of the gym.

Should you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to speak with any of the IBC executives.

Effective Wednesday, Nov 30, 2016, drop-ins (ages 16+) are permitted on Wednesdays, and Fridays until further notice.

The fee is $8 and the participants will be asked to sign a waiver.

Please ensure that you read through IBC’s Rules & Etiquette and understand the Court Waiting System.

PRIOR TO entering the gymnasium, drop-ins MUST submit their $8 drop-in fee upon arrival.

IBC will impose a cap of maximum 6 drop-ins per play night. Please refer to IBC play schedule. IBC reserves the right to limit drop-ins at any time.

Only 7 weeks until Christmas!

It’s that time of year again, NAIT’s Annual Christmas Tournament!
This year we’ve made minor changes to the format and events of the tournament based on previous year’s feedback.

Thank you for your continued support and we hope to have your club members come out for some great competition!

Happy Holidays
Sinead

Dear Members:

We’ve double-checked with EDBA and they’ve checked with the school… I have been told that WP Wagner is available for IBC this Friday, September 9, 2016.

For those who ended up at the school yesterday, and for those who wanted to play, please accept the City’s apology for not notifying us on time.
