- Saturdays are scheduled to be 1 hour longer and will run 1pm-4pm
Renewals
Last season’s members have until end of play on Saturday, September 20, 2025 to renew their membership.
Please complete the registration and waivers online (password was emailed to members). If you require a printed form, please let us know.
When you arrive at the gym for the first time:
- Submit your membership fee payment (cash or cheque payable to “International Badminton Club”)
- (optional) Request to add an immediate family member (age 16 and up) to your membership. The add-on will be added to a waiting list that we will process (depends on capacity) as the renewal deadline approaches. If your family member is accepted, then you will be required to submit payment prior to Sept. 21, 2025.
- We will provide you with your receipt.
If you are unable to make it during the renewal period:
- Submit your registration online (password was emailed to members)
- Payment in full is required to hold your spot. Payment options:
- You may appoint a proxy to pay on your behalf in person. If you are unable to find a proxy, please email ibcedmonton@gmail.com for other payment options. Note: This option should be the last resort.
- When you arrive to play for the first time, please see Jenny/Alex for your receipt.
IBC Family Program
IBC is offering the Family Program for players under the age of 16 again this year. First date of play is Saturday, September 6, 2025. Parents/guardians must complete a separate family program registration form in addition to their IBC registration form.

IBC Board
IBC relies on volunteers to keep our club running smoothly. If you are interested in learning more or helping out in any capacity, we would love to hear from you.
Ladder
Plans are underway for IBC to run a co-ed doubles ladder on some courts on Saturdays/Sundays. Details will be announced when available.
New Members
If IBC has not yet reached its membership cap, we intend to accept new members in person on Sunday, September 21, 2025. Details will be posted at https://ibcbadminton.com/club-information/joining-ibc/. Please share this with others who might be interested to join IBC.
Guests/Drop-ins
Guests and drop-in play are not permitted until further notice.
